Thank you for shopping with Gulab Tribe! All our toys are handcrafted with love by skilled artisans in Etikoppaka, Andhra Pradesh.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During peak seasons (festive periods, holidays), processing may take up to 5–7 business days.

Shipping Within India
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1,000. For orders below ₹1,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹80 applies. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at dantushilpa@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
